Play Worker Vacancy

The Base Youth Club are recruiting a new Play Work team to start in September 2025.

The Base Youth Club @ The Buckland Centre operates on a Friday evening in term time for young people aged 7 to the end of Year 6.

The Club offers fun activities including sports, cookery and art & crafts. The adjacent public park provides a great venue for outdoor activities in the summer months.

We currently have a vacancy for a Playworker working 3.5 hours a week on a Friday evening, 5.30pm—9.00pm. Term time only, 40 week contract. £12.21 per hour. The postholder would be involved in all aspects of the Club, as directed by the Senior Play Worker.
