Meet The Team

Emily looks after our finance, HR and administration, develops projects, applies for grants and manages the team.

Emma Coordinates our two centres including the onging care of maintenance and health and safety. She also runs the Youth Council each week at the Courtenay Centre on a Thursday evening.  She is based between the two centres and is available Monday to Thursday each day.

Alex manages all of our youth activities, and runs Newton Abbot Youth Council.

Alex also works as a Community Development Worker at the Courtenay Centre on a Thursday.

Isobel is the friendly face that will be there to welcome you at the Courtenay Centre on weekday mornings. She also cleans and sets up rooms and is the knowledge centre for all things Courtenay. 

​

Olivia is responsible for our bookings at both Centres and is there to welcome you to the Courtenay Centre on weekday afternoons.

Kylie runs the Courtenay Centre cafe where a wide range of  drinks, homemade cakes and snacks are available.

On a Friday evening, Kylie manages The Base Youth Club at the Buckland Centre.​​​

Our Youth Work team @ The Base are Zoe, Kylie and Maryna who are supported by three young volunteers.

Louise looks after our invoicing, Hallmaster software and assists Emily with the paperwork & other things behind the scenes. She works for us on a Wednesday.

Claire runs our weekly toddler sessions at the Courtenay Centre on a Friday morning.
